From his debut album Later That Day..., this is "Calling Out" by Lyrics Born.
A college friend of mine recently pointed to Lyrics Born as a great soundtrack for jogging. In particular, the album Real People keeps a pretty good tempo for my workouts. "Calling Out" simply has a great hook and bouncy vibe. Even though the song is somewhat old (debuted in 2003 - the same year that my son was born), it holds up.
